Spent last Thursday reading P.J. O'Rourke's "Driving Like Crazy," finished reading David E. Davis' "Thus Spake David E," last weekend, and now I'm thinking about either getting a copy of Robert Edwards' biography of Stirling Moss, or going for Phil Hill's self written biography, "A Driving Life." Anyone have any driver or auto-related books they keep by the nightstand to suggest?

Jackie Stewarts autobio is good, Alex Zanardis is downright inspiring, and my long time favorite is the long out of print (but easily found on amazon) autobiography of Andy Granatelli "They Call Me Mr 500"...really entertaining.

Yep, I miss his material so much. I grew up reading his columns as a teen. Did me a lot more favors than Shakespeare ever did in high school.
